I have started the boastMachine v4.0 development work. It should take some time, atleast three months. bM 4.0 is going to be a major/stable build, which unlike the previous versions, wont have to be replaced in the future. i.e, subsequent versions would only be fixes/patches etc.

Another milestone in the course of bM !

I here by announce the beginning of the development of the next version of boastMachine, i.e, v3.2

3.2 will be a cleaner version with bugs from 3.1 fixed (not many though ).

Its's core will be made more object oriented. (bM lacks that feature).

Many simple and lite features would be add, like these..
- Stats
- Private blog
- Mail to blog (addon)
- Wap module (under dev)

The major features that are going to be added are
- Plugin API
- Blog API (like blogger.com)

I hope to complete this version in a few months, but that will depend on the time I get The fact is that its possible to implement all these in less than a week but time is a crucial factor for me.

I am now working on an extensive documentation for boastMachine. I'll try to cover each and every procedure, every nook and corner of boastMachine and build a vast online documentation.

Oh.. This is a moment of Joy for me! After seven months of hardwork, finally boastMachine v3.1 is out! Its the successor of 3.0 platinum. The whole platform has changed a lot, means A LOT! Millions of new features Bug fixes, a completely new interface, its awesome! You need to try it!

Loads and loads of bugs has been fixed. Even in the beta 7 which was released just a few hours ago, a group of new bugs were discovered, which have been fixed.

I hope to release boastMachine 3.1 by this Sunday

Now's I've a bright new idea Introduce threaded commenting in 3.1 . Threaded commenting enables one to reply to a comment posted by itself. Thus, creating threads of comments, just like in the forums. I'm now working on that. But worry not, boastMachine is just a few days away from release

Almost all work has been done and boastMachine 3.1 is now in its beta testing phase. The beta testers are playing with the latest version. A few more bugs have been detected but of low priority. Anyway, bugs are being fixed constantly and hope the new 3.1 will be totally bug free
